  • Where is Evergreen Massage located?
    I am a mobile massage therapist, meaning that I come to you!
  • What areas do you provide mobile massage services to?
    I generally offer mobile massage services to Utah, Salt Lake, and Wasatch counties. If you are located outside of this area, you are welcome to book an appointment and I will contact you.
  • What supplies am I responsible for providing for my in-home session?
    There are three things I ask you to provide for your session: A clear, safe space of at least 8'x10', an electrical outlet accessible in the session space, and access to a restroom or sink.
  • Do you offer gift cards or gift certificates for services?
    Unfortunately I do not offer gift cards or gift certificates at this time, but I am hoping to have them soon! If you would like to gift a session to someone, please contact me and I can make arrangements with you.
  • What is Bereavement Massage?
    Bereavement Massage is a relatively new service that aims to help those experiencing the loss of a loved one by providing emotional comfort, reducing physical tension, and fostering relaxation during a difficult time. We don't often consider physical symptoms of grief that can affect our well-being. Symptoms like muscle tightness, fatigue, and headaches can have a significant impact on an already emotionally taxing experience. Bereavement Massage provides a non-verbal form of emotional support, eases muscle tension, helps regulate emotions, promotes relaxation and stress relief, encourages better sleep, and supports overall well-being during the grieving process.
  • What if I'm unable to use my home for my session?
    I understand that sometimes having your session at home may not be possible due to limited space, disruptive individuals, or other factors. While our services are considered in-home, your session location doesn't have to be in your home. We recommend utilizing family, friends, or neighbors as a resource for providing a space for your session (with their permission, of course).
  • How much will my travel fee be?
    For convenience, all listed prices include a travel fee of $20; However, this fee may be more or less depending on commute distance. If travel fees exceed the base $20, you will be contacted by Kiyana at least 24 hours before your scheduled session (3 hours for same-day appointments),
  • What is your Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy?
    Sessions that are rescheduled more than 24 hours prior to the original appointment time will not be subject to a new deposit. An appointment may be rescheduled two times before a new deposit is required. If you fail to cancel or modify your session less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, a new deposit will be required before a new appointment can be made. Session deposits are nonrefundable. Refunds may be considered at the complete discretion of Evergreen Massage. No full or partial refunds will be given for late arrival of Client. If late arrival of Therapist is inevitable, every effort will be made to maintain the original length of your session. Client may also choose to reschedule their appointment at no charge or accept a shortened session. If session is shortened to the remaining time left in the scheduled appointment time, Therapist will provide a discount of 5% for every 10 minutes the session is shortened.
